Caregiver Resource Specialist

- Communicate professionally with clients and families.
- Support care-plan follow-up after assessment.
- Coordinate with RN, caregiver, and Data Entry Clerk.
- Strong customer-service communication.
- Comfort handling structured records and follow-up tasks.
- Orientation and compliance training required.
Data Entry Clerk
Control records, filing, billing status, exports, and document workflows for employee, client, and survey records.
- File and retrieve records correctly.
- Track billing workflows for Medicaid, insurance, and direct pay.
- Prepare packets and exports for survey or audit.
- Strong documentation discipline.
- Comfort with confidential files and organized records.
- Training on filing standards and billing workflows required.
Registered Nurse - Staff
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, oversee clinical quality, and support staff training and emergency readiness.
- Perform assessments and reassessments.
- Create and adjust care plans.
- Support training, supervision, and quality oversight.
- Active nursing license.
- Credential verification through Nursys.
- Dual sign-off on RN verification and role acceptance.
Registered Nurse - Contract
Serve as a contracted RN for intake assessments, care-plan development, orientation support, and clinical consultation.
- Complete contract-based assessments and care-plan support.
- Provide onboarding/orientation support when assigned.
- Maintain licensure and verification status.
- Active nursing license.
- 1099/contractor acknowledgment.
- Credential verification and administrator approval required.
